For a $100 membership fee, you can be placed on our call list for a desired dog breed. $35 of that fee will go towards the adoption fee for the animal, so it's a win-win opportunity to get your perfect pet and give back to the SPCA!

I understand this fee is completely NONREFUNDABLE regardless of placement. *

I will pay a $100 membership fee in order to be placed on the list for the desired dog breed. I understand that only $35 of this fee will go towards the adoption of the animal. *

I acknowledge this payment will place me on the list for one year and will expire one year from the date of submission. *

I understand that I have 24 hours to reply to the initial contact made by a member of the staff about a match otherwise I will forfeit that match.

If a match is made and I cannot commit to meeting the dog within 24 hours I will forfeit that match.

If I wish to be removed from the list and stop receiving phone calls about the animal I requested, I will contact the Niagara County SPCA. I understand that my membership fee will not be refunded.

The Niagara County SPCA will not be liable for any outdated or incorrect information that may result in the forfeiture of my request. It is my responsibility to keep all contact information updated with the Niagara County SPCA.
